My distaste has turned into detest. It’s not only rage anymore. It’s a mixture of wrath, contempt and disgust.  

We all are hypocrites but there are plenty of people who don’t even try to hide what kind of assholes they are.

All these people I see every day, these regular dickheads. It seems to be completely normal to just hammer on everyone as soon as you don’t have to fear consequences. As soon as they don't have to look in your face. Not important that they don’t even know you.  It’s about the surface, not about the reality.

The damn shit-talking-world-championship starts in the moment you turn around. And they all win. 

They want victims and no enemies. They were so damn wrong.

If you are not angry, you are not paying attention!

What’s wrong with the world? I am fucking pissed. Money rules the world. Money fucks the world. Stock exchange decides the “value” of whole countries. And the stock market is all about what important people think something is worth. If important people think a company is shit, than it will be ruined very soon. That has nothing to do with reality anymore. But it has a big impact on all of our lives. The wall street occupation is not for no reason. Why can Moody’s and Fitch decide how valuable our money, my money, your money is? What if one of these guys simply doesn’t like a country? What if they care only about their own profit? How can they blubber about something like getting their yields being a human right, while people live in poverty? Why ain’t more people angry? The whole world is being fucked by greed. Why can the U.S. just ignore the International Court of Justice? European states would get in the hell of a shitstorm, if they try to do this. And this has it’s good reason. What about Monsanto? Why isn’t lobbyism banned? Do you expect fair decisions while companies can donate millions to political parties? How can the cabinets and governments of this world sleep at night? How dare they to sleep?! What about Blackwater/Xi? Isn’t it the prior claim of a country to command an army? Can you just levy an army because you feel like? Because you will profit from murder? Why do we waste food, while children starve? Because we can? Why do we even try to save the system? At the moment I feel like letting it die painfully. Or more like sending it straight to hell. Look around! Life’s gotta be about burning it all down.

If I didn't see it, I would not believe how many people joined the Blackout-Day. Many sites were down. I hope that the protests have a lasting effect.

Either he thinks we all are completely dumb as shit, or he really didn't get that we can't just sit together and talk about all that SOPA stuff again. There is no way of keeping us free and maximizing their profit at the same time. I think he missed the whole point of democracy (which he made pretty obvious with his statement about Hollywood withdrawing support when the law doesn’t pass)

Using Wikipedia is not a human right, but protesting and freedom of speech are. When they want to shut down their own site a day, then they can. They never guaranteed that they wont. So what?

Is it really possible to deny still that every single SOPA-alike law would shut down Wikipedia, Google, Reddit and Wordpress (and of course blogger too) once and for all?

So...another thing I got a problem with. It’s this esotericism wave. It’s partly complete bullshit. Well there is a lot of bullshit and it would be really funny, but selling this particular kind of bullshit is a big deal and dangerous.


I first became aware of how serious this topic is as some kind of “healer” sold chlorine bleach for medicine to my mum. And it was expensive, too. I am talking about the “miracle mineral solution” [MMS]. The world miracle makes it very trustworthy, right? The guy who had this glorious idea is only known under a false name. Yeah...of course because he is haunted by the drug industry[which I don’t like very much either but that’s another topic]. You can find a lot of videos of him talking about something that sounds like chemistry, while it is either irrelevant or nonsense. The efficiency of MMS was tested in a very scientific study at a third-world hospital in the jungle or something like that. And the best thing about it is that it helps not only against any kind of unexplainable disease, but also against aids, cancer, malaria...well, basically against everything. And there are people who really used this stuff. Frustration and being done conventional medicine makes it possible.

By the way: the point of that story is that I was for internship in the R&D section of an detergent producer, a few weeks after that guy sold bleach to my mum. Well, I asked one of workers how reactive chlorine bleach is and if they use it. He told me that they have to use other bleach. Chlorine bleach would kill the other active substances. That sounds a little bit unhealthy, huh?

Making up new esoteric shit is kind of interesting. Example: quantum healing.

Quantum healing claims to rely on the latest findings from quantum physics. Well...since I am some kind of maniac, I deal with a very little bit of quantum physics for fun. What I know is very superficial. You have to study physics for some years if you really want to deeply understand it. But I think I know enough to explain why quantum healing is an expensive joke.

The idea behind quantum healing is the claim an thoughts can change reality. So it’s about thinking yourself healthy.

Now this is to be proven with quantum physics. There is the so called double slit experiment. It is a bit difficult to explain but I try it anyway. First you take a sheet with two tiny parallel slits in it. Now you shoot something against that plate and check what you find at the wall behind it. If you take for example sand you’ll find two lines of sand at the wall. If you take light you’ll find an interference pattern(since light is an electromagnetic wave). Now the point is: if you use very little parts of matter (e.g. electrons) you’ll find and interference pattern again. If you now try to check which of the slits each quantum uses you will again find two lines at the wall. That’s strange. So quantums sometimes are like little parts of matter an sometimes they are like some kind of wave. The result is influenced by what we try to measure in some unexplainable way*.  

Back to quantum healing they conclude that our awareness of something changes the thing itself. So it should be possible to change something by changing the way we’re looking at it. Nothing is true, everything is permitted.
There is one big problem with the idea in general: it works only for quantums. It has absolutely no relevance for macroscopic systems. Sand doesn’t behave like a wave just because you turn of the light (in order not to know which slit it uses).
What does that mean for quantum healing? Either people accidently misunderstood quantum physics or it’s deceit. Considering the amount of money which is in this the last option seems to be way more likely. It’s a great business model: take something very complicated that is true, misinterpret it and sell your “results”. You can’t expect normal people to know anything about quantum physics. That means that most people can’t exactly explain what’s wrong with your new pseudo-scientific surrogate religion, even though they think that it’s bullshit. What a luck to be a freak.


So what? Please: Be careful with esotericism. Don’t drink what makes your dish detergent die. Don’t pay big amounts of money for something that sounds like it can’t be true. And most important(to borrow sageness from an old friend): have courage to use your own reason!

Lately, AnotherKid told me that there is some mysterious text in the letters in the album cover of “the Unraveling” (by Rise Against). So I asked myself what kind of text it is and what it is about. Finally, I am pretty sure to have figured it out. The text consists of parts of two lyrics from the album. (Alive and Well; 401 Kill)

Well...here is the text. I found it pretty interesting. It makes somehow sense to me.

What the hell is wrong with my country? I always thought people are too peaceful to start a riot when something is wrong. I thought they don’t protest because there always is some damage done.
I supposed that also to be the reason for putting right-wing extremists on a level with left-wing extremists. I was so damn wrong. There are shitloads of people who don’t see a problem with fighting for the things they believe in. The only problem is that they are a bunch of dumbfucks.


Someone started raiding football fan-busses last summer. It wasn’t even near to a stadium. But hey...there are fans of the enemy-football-club in that bus. Let’s go and kick their asses. I know that violence because of sports isn't new at all. That’s shame enough. But you can’t even debate about losing control when you are part of a big mass and so on and so forth, in this case. They attacked it on a shitty highway rest area and chased the bus afterwards.

Well, there are things people in my country protest against. There was something about protest in the newspapers lately.

No, wasn’t about not human rights violations. Only starry-eyed idealists do that. Nor it was about banks, either. Okay. There were protests, but they hardly had any effect. You got one guess left. War? Are you kidding me? No one has been caring about war since we call it “military invention”.

It was about the ban on alcohol in the local public transport. Strictly speaking, they only extended the ban from busses and the underground to the urban trains. That’s a reason to be angry, isn’t it? The 2000 “protesters” got royally drunk, an started a riot in the urban railway. And they learned something from the Arabian Spring. Facebook was used for organisation. In the end about fifty trains were harmed. Material damage: about 100000 €. People would be furious, if some antifascist movement did this for some kind of understandable reason. Am I really the only one who is fucking pissed about that kind of things? And why is there less discussion when brainless morons are rioting?

Argh! Every time when I think about trusting in the humankind something like this happens....

Do you remember when you were young and you wanted to set the world on fire?

First of all: I really like discussions. Not arguments but discussions. People who have different opinions are totally okay with me. I see discussing sometimes as some kind of sport. Testing yourself and your views on a certain topic. And there are really interesting discussions, too. But when it comes to discussions in school, there is one thing that’s annoying me. It’s conservative teenagers. I’m not talking about that neo-con, no-sex-before-marriage, catholic, sexist and fanatical islamophobic kind of conservatives. They never show their believes in school. What really pisses me off is people who are conservative, just because. And because of a total lack of ideals. I am sure you know one of those guys, too. People who declare every ideal as unrealistic. They will never successfully defend their opinion, because they got none. The basis of their believe is that conservative is the only way, without any alternative. Everything else is communism, socialism or whatever. Everything ecological destroys jobs [which is the killer argument from hell]. A famous former Chancellor of Germany (Helmut Schmidt) once said “People who have visions should go to see their doctor”. That’s pretty much the attitude that irritates me. Well, I think it’s normal that some people think like this, but usually they are older. I can understand that someone loses his ideals. But never having had some? Seriously?

I’m not so sure if you really can tell, but there are those guys, I simply can’t imagine them having own thoughts. More like the ones of their parents. But how can you overtake these opinions without questioning them? I mean..seriously... you’re not even supposed to! And it seems kind of pointless to me anyway. No sense of independence and rebellion? I’m not talking about throwing bricks and so on. But, if you are young and don’t want to change anything, who is in charge of progress? And what about changing the world? Nobody would say that it is anything near to ‘good’, but why are there people who accept this? Why are there people who don’t think of change? Just imagine that these people are the future. That seems to be kind of scary, to me.

It’s like I said. I’m totally not getting it. Without ideals there is nothing to fight for except for property. I can’t imagine that this is something to be proud of. It’s nothing you can’t honestly want to be the aim in your life.

Since our social system is based on pure egoism, you got to be an egoist to be successful. Real ideals are not very helpful. So it’s the people without ideals who are more likely to achieve whatever they want. And tomorrow people who were in the sweatbath when the revolution came, will rule nations.
